Aerification 2024

Aeration plays a crucial role in keeping the conditions at our golf courses in great shape. Aeration opens the soil and helps the soil breathe easier and makes for healthier turf. While it may provide a short-term inconvenience, it is ultimately to the golfer's benefit that we aerate each course one day in the spring and one day in the fall each year. Weather permitting, the schedule is as follows:

Spring 2024

St. Andrews Golf Club

• Monday, April 8 - Aerification on front nine
• Tuesday, April 9 - Aerification on back nine
• April 8-12: Discounts will be given for a round that includes an aerated green: $5 discount for a 9-hole round / $8 discount for an 18-hole round

Sykes/Lady Overland Park Golf Club

• Monday, April 15 - Aerification on the South Course
• Tuesday, April 16 - Aerification on the North Course
• Wednesday, April 17 - Aerification on the West Course
• April 15-19: Discounts will be given for a round that includes an aerated green: $5 discount for a 9-hole round / $8 discount for an 18-hole round
• Monday, April 22 - Aerification on the Par 3 Course
• April 22-26: $5 off green fees on the Par 3 Course

 

Fall 2024
