It comes from understanding cause and effect, building a clear progression, and committing to a process over time. As a TPI-certified coach, Garret incorporates mobility and efficient movement into a structured improvement process.
Garret is known for his warm but direct coaching style. As a father of 4 boys, he brings patience, honesty, and steady leadership to every player he works with.
