Executive Sous Chef/Manager, St. Andrews Grill
Jerry has built a culinary career in the hospitality industry in the Kansas City area, where he was born and raised. His first positions were with Darden Restaurant Group (Olive Garden and Amarillo Grill). In those positions Jerry learned from the ground up how to build and run a successful kitchen operation. In 2010 Jerry entered the world of fine dining at the Gaslight Grill in Leawood, KS where he spent 10 years as Sous Chef and Head of Catering. In 2020 Gaslight Grill closed permanently as a result of the Covid pandemic. Jerry came to St. Andrews shortly thereafter to oversee the culinary and grill operations and has been an integral part of our team since 2021.
